Downloading My Digital Studio Content
My Digital Studio Downloads
Periodically, My Digital Studio will have downloads available that feature Stampin’ Up! products, including stamp sets, exclusive papers, colours, and accessories. You can find these downloads in the store located on my business web site.
When you order through me, not only will you find all of Stampin’ Up!’s product offerings, you’ll also receive a product discount and you’ll be eligible to receive Stampin’ Rewards. Plus, I will be able to help you learn how to use the products you’ve purchased as well as provide project ideas and fun techniques.
You can also find Stampin’ Up!’s products—including the downloads—in Stampin’ Up!’s online store on the Stampin’ Up! web site.
To download My Digital Studio content:
1. Go to my online store or the Stampin’ Up! online store (www.stampinup.com).
2. If this is your first visit, you’ll need to set up an account. Follow the steps to set up your account. Your account is where you will access your downloads. Once you’ve created your account, the Stampin’ Up! online catalogue will open. In the catalogue you’ll find all the products that you can order through Stampin’ Up!, including digital versions of Stampin’ Up! products that you can use with My Digital Studio.
3. Add the products you want to your shopping bag. Downloadable products are identified with the downloadable icon.
4. After you’ve made all of your selections, check out and complete your purchase.
If you are ordering through me and your order qualifies for Stampin’ Rewards, you can select your rewards before checking out. You can learn more about the Stampin’ Rewards program by asking me. Click Stampin’ Rewards on the bottom of your demonstrator’s online store page to learn more.
5. After you’ve checked out, an Order Confirmation page will open. Click the Download Now link next to the product you want to download, or click Download Manager. Clicking on either will open Download Manager. Download Manager will list all the products that you have purchased for download.
6. In Download Manager, click the operating system you are using (Mac or Windows).
After you select your operating system, the file sizes appear next to each of the available downloads.
7. To download a file, click For My Digital Studio. If you click For Other Applications, Download Manager will download a version of the file that can be used in other programs, such as Adobe Photoshop.
8. When prompted, click Run. Click Run to have the image automatically placed in My Digital Studio so it will be available the next time you open My Digital Studio.
We do not recommend that you click Save. If you click Save, your computer will save the file to your hard drive, and you will have to locate the saved file and run it (double-click, and then click Run) before the image is placed in My Digital Studio. (If you click Save, be sure to record where you saved the file.)
9. Repeat steps 7–9 for each download file that you’ve purchased. Download Manager has a section for past downloads. Your Stampin’ Up! store account will maintain a record of the downloads you’ve purchased and will keep them available for future download. If you ever need to download a file again, visit your account and access Download Manager.

Q: Are there minimum and maximum page limits on print products?
A: Minimum and maximum pages for each print output type are as follows:
* Photo albums must have a minimum of 22 pages, and can have up to 100 pages.
* Calendars have a minimum and maximum of 25 project pages. You can create a front cover page and two pages for each month.
* Cards have a minimum of one project page and a maximum of three project pages. The customer has the option to create the front and both inside pages.
* Individual pages can be printed in multiples of no less than five.
Q: Do I have to use the professional print service or can I print at home?
A: My Digital Studio has several output options including your own printer and multimedia/DVD creation. Using Stampin' Up!'s professional print services is the best way, however, to make sure Stampin' Up!'s exclusive colors print correctly.
Q: What can we expect for shipping times for print products?
A: Professionally printed products will be printed and shipped directly from our print vendor. There will be a processing time of two to three days to have your project actually printed, and then our standard shipping times will apply.
Q: Will the copyright appear on the back of my home-printed cards?
A: The Stampin' Up!/My Digital Studio copyright will appear on the back of all cards printed through the professional print services. It will not appear on the back of cards you print from home.
Q: Will my pages print back-to-back from my home printer?
A: Different printers have varying functionality. You will need to check your printer manual to determine if this functionality is available.
Q: What home printer do you recommend I buy?
A: Stampin' Up! cannot recommend a specific printer for you, but the system requirements information and knowing what types of projects you want to create will help you decide which printer will work best for you.

A: The software license agreement allows you to install one copy of the software on two computers in your primary residence. If you want to also install the software on a computer in another location you can purchase another copy to do so.

The brand new digital solutions program called My Digital Studio, by Stampin' Up!, will be available to customers on Oct. 1st. Stampin’ Up!®’s new My Digital Studio scrapbooking and card making software opens a whole new world of opportunities for your crafting needs! I will not be able to purchase the full program immediately as I am in need of budgeting a new computer first but plan to utilize the digital downloads immediately and go from there. Many of you know that hybrid scrapping is my favourite and this is very exciting!

My Digital Studio is an easy-to-use, software-based design studio featuring thousands of Stampin’ Up!’s award-winning images, colors, and accessories.
Extremely intuitive, My Digital Studio allows crafters of all skill levels to easily navigate the program and design their own digital project or use hundreds of templates to create professionally designed cards, photo albums, scrapbooks, and more. New artwork and templates will be available on a regular basis for download via Stampin’ Up!’s Online Store. In addition, My Digital Studio will offer professional print services where customers can purchase bound photo albums, cards, individual scrapbook pages, and calendars.

Offering its products in a digital format with My Digital Studio is an extension to Stampin’ Up!’s product offerings and not a replacement of the traditional paper crafting products.
