Sweater for my beautiful sister (birthday pressie) ... Gina's Bamboo Shell

Pattern: Natural Bamboo Top by Bernat Design Studio
See my ravelry acccount for details :) http://www.ravelry.com/projects/judyjrfm/natural-bamboo-top I love how soft this yarn is but it looks messier than I know my skill level is because it is nubbly - is that a word? I am slow as anything but i thought I was finished last weekend and then discovered as my sister is model beautiful and way taller than the pattern indicated I needed an extra 3-4 skeins. I had already added an extra inch in length. Hmm learning curve for me :) It is so soft and cuddly though and I hope she loves it finished with the 4” rib I added at the bottom.

If anyone ever wants to see my knitting site see the Ravelry link to the side of my blog and come on over!!! I have finished a few small projects and my first sweater and am onto my second. of course I attended a yarn and beer crawl and stocked up on supplies - what fun!!! And my favourite new passtime for outdoor activiites is knitting at the beach ;) xo
